dis·as·ter [dih-zas-ter, -zah-ster] noun
1.a calamitous event, especially one occurring suddenly and causing great loss of life, damage, or hardship, as a flood, airplane crash, or business failure.
2.Obsolete . an unfavorable aspect of a star or planet.
So, day one didn't go as well as planned. Kind of a disaster. There was no loss of life or real hardship... just bad painting. I figured there would be days like this, but didn't expect so soon.
For some reason when I woke up, I scrapped my original plan. "What the heck. After all, there are still twenty nine more days," I thought "I'll try something different." However, I didn't have the right medium that I should have used and decided to improvise. After much painting and repainting, I decided just to cut my loses and settle on the end result. Sometimes, one just has to admit failure, learn a lesson and move on.
The mediums were still wet when I took the picture and will post a better picture when it is dry.
So without further ado, I present....drum roll please....
